Our staff of professional caregivers are all personally interviewed with a focus
toward compassion and problem solving capabilities. Each one passes written tests
for clinical competence and is observed in hands-on demonstrations by our
Nursing Supervisors. Caregivers are selected for their ability to comprehend
and to communicate. Each caregiver has supplied at least 4 references with
emphasis on integrity. Paraprofessionals such as Personal Care Aides, Home Health
Aides and Nurses' Aides are certified. LPNs and RNs are licensed. All are insured
and bonded. All of their credentials are validated by Concept: CARE.
