It begins with your call to one of our
skilled client care coordinators. They will
discuss your individual needs, outlining
the various services available from our
paraprofessional and professional care-
givers. Our coordinators will explain
various third-party funding sources you
may be able to utilize. They'll identify
other programs and resources that
contribute to a client's well-being. Even if
your needs lie outside our scope, they'll
cheerfully, and without charge, assist you
in finding a solution from our unique
network of resources. When you contract
for our services, an experienced Nursing
Supervisor will make a home visit to assess
actual client needs. A detailed plan
of care will be developed with the client,
family and the health care team.
